Gretchen M. Matheson

Gretchen M. Matheson joined Silvergate Development in 2016 bringing over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus in the financial aspects of project feasibility analysis, acquisitions, financing and loan management, property management, project cash flow planning and financial reporting.

Prior to Silvergate Development, Gretchen served in a range of financial executive roles including Chief Financial Officer at ADI Properties Inc., a Real Estate Development and Property Management Co., and as a professional consultant responsible for new and existing developments held by private investors in the San Diego region. Having lived in San Diego most her life, she started her career serving in variety of audit functions at KPMG, LLP in San Jose, CA.

Gretchen is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the AICPA and CalCPA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Santa Clara and studied abroad at Durham University, Durham England.
