Thomas Edmunds Jr.

Tommy Edmunds has 15 years of experience in real estate development and finance. Mr. Edmunds joined Silvergate in 2016 as a Project Manager and was promoted to President of the company in 2022. During his time at Silvergate Mr. Edmunds has overseen the entitlement and development of $175 million of ground-up multifamily projects throughout San Diego County. 

Mr. Edmunds’ professional experience includes acquisition & land development, commercial real estate investment banking, multifamily finance and asset management.  He is a member of the San Diego Chapter of ULI and mentors undergraduate and graduate students at the University of San Diego that are interested in pursuing careers in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Edmunds received his B. S. in Commerce, with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia and also majored in Economics. He received his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

Mr. Edmunds has spent extensive time in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and speaks Portuguese.
